The participant registration fee covers access to scientific activities, coffee breaks, lunches, the social program activities and the excursion on Thursday 6 June.

*Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific activities but to the lunches and social programme. The excursion is also included.
IIAS Cancellation Policy
- Prior to 15 April 2013: 90% refund
- As from 15 April to 15 May 2013: 50% refund
- After 15 May 2013: no refund
Payment policy :
- Reminders will be sent to all participants with outstanding fees before the beginning of the congress.
- Participants paying through bank transfers will cover the bank costs.
- Participants paying with cheque must add a 16 Euros surcharge for the bank processing fees.
